Points to consider
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date and time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date and time will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least one night's stay.
- If a customer does not arrive for their reservation, they will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
- If the customer needs to extend their stay, they must contact the hotel for approval and payment before the original check-out date.
- Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- If a customer disputes a charge to their account, they must contact the hotel directly.
- In case of a natural disaster or other unforeseen event, the hotel may issue a full or partial refund as a courtesy.
