How to Cancel a Reservation with Myflighttkt.com
Please note the following cancellation guidelines:
- There is no discount for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
- We do not accept cancellations sent through the mail.
- We only accept cancellations made by phone.
- If you cancel your reservation, we cannot guarantee a refund, as it depends on the airline's and hotel's refund policies.
- Based on your reservations with us, many bookings are non-refundable because that is how the airline operates.
- If you miss your flight without informing the airline, it is considered a no-show. In most cases, no-shows do not receive refunds or additional assistance from the airline.
Refund Policy
When a customer cancels a reservation made on our website, we have designed our refund policies to be easy to understand and to help customers take action accordingly. However, it is important to note the following:
- Refunds depend entirely on how the airlines and hotels handle the situation, and we cannot guarantee any discounts, as all refunds are subject to their terms and conditions.
- We cannot promise any discounts.
- You have a better chance of receiving a refund if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours.
- Refunds are processed only through the original payment record used at the time of booking. We cannot process refunds using a different record or method.
- The bank may require additional time to display the total amount in your account.
- Banks may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account. In rare cases, it may take 60 to 90 days for the amount to appear.
- Our service fee is non-refundable unless you cancel at least 24 hours before our agreed meeting time.
